Professional Appointments
Alex advises clients on regulatory policy issues involving technology and the digital economy, with a particular focus on Singapore.
He is a partner at a law firm based in Singapore with a practice in technology law and regulatory policy. He graduated from Stanford Law School and worked in the California Bay Area before joining an international law firm based in Singapore, where he advised clients on local and regional matters, including online content regulation, AI governance, and digital payments.
He is an advisor to the AI Asia Pacific Institute, which has engaged with government and supra-national agencies across the Asia-Pacific region on AI-related matters. He is the Co Vice-Chairperson of the Cybersecurity and Data Protection Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and an Executive Committee member of the AI Special Interest Group of the Singapore Computer Society.
